<p>If you had your eyes on the Ripley Castle estate, but couldn’t quite find that extra change for £21 million, well now’s your lucky day! It’s been slashed to £13.5 million, but what exactly could that get you we hear you ask? Well, there’s the castle (obvs), 445 acres of parkland, gardens, a deer park, lakes, and farmland. Oh, and don’t forget about the village shop, café, and event spaces. Rumour has it both Trump and Taylor Swift were interested before the price slash. Watch this space!&nbsp;</p>

<p>October sees a whole host of literary festivals pop up across Yorkshire which means a stream of famous writers will flock to the county. Between 3-19 October, the Ilkley Literature Festival will welcome well known stars from Hugh Bonneville and Tony Robinson to Mary Portas and even Nick Clegg!&nbsp;Whilst over in Harrogate at&nbsp;<a href="https://harrogateinternationalfestivals.com/festival/raworths-harrogate-literature-festival/"><strong>Raworths Harrogate Literature Festival</strong></a>&nbsp;(<strong>9– 19 Oct</strong>) the likes of Chris Tarrant, Sir Jeremy Hunt, Dom Joly, and Helen Lederer will take to the stage at the Crown Hotel. Or catch Kate Mosse and Lucy Worsley between 10 Oct – 10 Nov at Sheffield’s famous &nbsp;<a href="https://offtheshelf.org.uk/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><strong>Off the Shelf Festival of Words</strong></a>. Books and selfie action at the ready!&nbsp;</p>

With a prominent position on James’ Street, the town’s go-to place for the best brands, it’ll be in good company with neighbours like LK Bennett, SpaceNK and Jo Malton all close by. Set to open its doors late September/early October, it’s your go-to place if you want an outfit that actually makes you look like you’ve got your life together, even if you’re totally winging it.&nbsp;</p>
