<p>Escape into 400+ acres of Pennine woodland, waterfalls, and riverside footpaths where the hum of wildlife feels worlds away from city life. At the heart is&nbsp;<strong>Gibson Mill</strong>, a restored 19th-century mill now living off-grid, with a café serving local fare and a cosy bookshop run by volunteers. With colourful gardens, a toddler-friendly&nbsp;<strong>Discovery Garden</strong>featuring mud kitchens and den-building corners, and a tearoom serving homemade cakes—this spot feels like a home-grown haven. There’s also a second-hand bookshop and seasonal craft events to keep everyone entertained.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p>
